The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Only negative I can find is they should maybe add a curtain to the shower, or a door, the water splashed into the rest of the bathroom. Aimad from the reception was a lovely guy and great company, the terrace was great and the staff in the morning were all super helpful!

Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and compassionate toward me as a guest- including any requests or needs. Very thoughtful and patient staff. I got lost several times my first few days. A staff member took the initiative to find me in the Medina. I felt safe. Safety is a big concern traveling far away alone.

Aimad one of the staff was particularly helpful and attentive . He was always asking if we needed anything and frequently brought us water. The temperate was very hot when we were there so really appreciated this gesture.

This Riad is a magical experience from check in to check out. Staff went above and beyond— from packing us a to go breakfast the day we left to opening up breakfast early on a day that we had a early tour. The love and care that is put in to this Riad is appreciated and the decor is classic and refined.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We would suggest scheduling a transfer with them as they will meet you at an entrance point and walk you to the riad. In a perfect location tucked away from the chaos but accessible by foot.

Our time at the Riad Kaya was excellent. They arranged the airport collection and met us at the taxi drop off in the Medina so we didn’t get lost. The interior was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this Riad to anyone I know

We have had a wonderful stay at Riad Kaya and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to visit and close to the pick up points for the tours that we booked. It was amazing how quiet Riad Kaya was when so close to everything- a little oasis to retreat back to. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and offered a great breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here for an authentic experience rather than an out of town hotel with expensive taxi rides in to visit the old town.

The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!

Such an amazing Riad with an incredible staff! Thank you so much for the hospitality and attention to care. This Riad is located at the center for Medina and is so perfectly located to everything you need. The souks, the sites seeing places, all the amazing restaurants. It’s truly a hidden gem. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is so quick and efficient. Every time we left in the morning and came back in the afternoon it was complete. Great quick breakfast in the mornings on the terrace or ground floor - either are very cozy and the food is delicious. What made this experience even better was the amazing staff. Thank you especially to Ghizlane and Youness. Both made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Amazing staff, amazing people, amazing service. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be recommending to my family and friends for sure. Checking out and assistance with the taxi is also smooth and efficient. Thank you Kaya Riad and Spa!!

When we first got there, our first thought was this is a beautiful room. It's a clean facility, the room was really nice (although the shower was tiny), and the location was great. The breakfast was good. The service was great....except after we checked out. After we checked out, we started receiving messages of pictures of items they were accusing of us breaking. They told us we had to pay for it and I refused so they said they can call the police and we can handle it with them so I told them go ahead because I know for sure we are NOT guilty of breaking anything. They said we broke a ceiling lamp that we cannot even reach. One was above the bed and one above the bedside table. They even said we took the broken lamp and placed it on the counter. That is definitely NOT true since we had all our small belongings on that table the entire time so there was definitely no room for a lamp. To us, it seemed that someone probably went to clean the room after we left and broke it and decided to put the blame on me and my family. This totally ruined the end of our trip since we spent hours in their lobby waiting for the police that never came. I doubt they even called them. The woman host was VERY rude to us after this incident and she just kept forcing the issue that WE are the ones that broke it. The male host, Youness came in the evening and he definitely backed us up. He believed us and did not place any blame on us. I would give him a 10 star for his service and character.
