Lovely stay for 6 days. Staff was delightful and very helpful. Room was beautiful, old world Moroccan decor, with daily cleanings and thoughtful servicing. This is a place for those who wish to experience restful and classic Moroccan experience, not a modern sterile environment. Definitely will be back!

I can't say enough about how great Riad Hikaya was. Clean, beautiful, and the service was perfect. Upon arrival, they had flowers and a birthday cake waiting in the room per my request for my wife's birthday. Every morning, they provided a delicioius breakfast spread with tea or coffee, fruit, yogurt, bread, and pastries. The one dinner we had at the Riad might have been one of the best dinners we had in Marrakech. The pool is really clean and beautiful and you can have breakfast or dinner right in front of it in the courtyard. Everyone who works there is really helpful with anything you need including getting a taxi, travel tips, drinks, food, anything you need for your room. Finally, if you are staying in the Medina, the location is perfect. It's at the south end in the Kasbah area right off a main road that runs right through the Medina. The Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace are about a 12 minute walk, and the souks and other sights are probably another 10-12 minutes from there. Convenient location but still quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. PERFECT

We stayed in a few different riads throughout our time in Marrakesh and this one was so beautifully decorated, with plenty of common spaces to mingle, eat, relax. We loved the rooftop, even in chillier weather. The decor is so beautiful throughout the riad and we loved our room.

We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

On arrival (the Riad sorted return taxis at a great price), served with traditional mint tea and homemade baked goods - such a lovely attention to detail. Facilities fantastic, entirely bespoke rooms and beautiful decor. Turndown service and daily cleaning were immaculate. Breakfast delicious - fresh coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and omelettes made to order. Staff were all so accommodating, kind and enthusiastic. I was travelling solo, staying at Riad Hikaya whilst friends stayed at another hotel, however I definitely feel I lucked out with my choice to stay here. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Riad Hikaya is. It is truly a remarkable establishment and was, hands down, the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. The service was impeccable and personal. The room was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. And the rest of the Riad was beautifully appointed. Our first night there we arranged for a dinner by the pool in the courtyard and it was the best meal we had our entire trip. I really wish we had chosen to eat in every night because all the other establishments we visited paled in comparison. Breakfasts were decadent. After the busyness of Medina, Riad Hikaya felt like a retreat to peace and refuge. If I could give it six stars I would.

Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

This was a lovely Riad in the old medina. The room was great, the staff were very very helpful. Be sure to get a hamman scrub and a massage. It was excellent! We also enjoyed the roof top and ate breakfast up there and also enjoyed a glass of wine up there in the evening. The Riad is walking distance to many things in the old medina.
