This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold

First ever all inclusive and I am so glad I chose this hotel. All food was halal. Aqua Park accommodated all ages with so many different slides and hardly a busy que. All rooms had AC, every single staff member was 5* and the hotel entertainment was a bit of something for everyone absolutely amazing. Just so your aware ice cream is not included in all inclusive apart from the dinner buffet.

Aqua Mirage Marrakech is a nice hotel, especially for families. The water park is enjoyable, and it's a good place to relax with children. The food was generally good, although some dishes tasted like they had simply been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Example (Tagine of beef) My biggest disappointment was the service. While a few employees were friendly and helpful, many others seemed unwilling to make much effort when I asked for assistance. It also felt like there was poor communication between staff members, which led to confusion. At the bars, the atmosphere was disappointing. Many staff members looked exhausted and rarely smiled. Even asking for a glass of water sometimes felt like you were asking them for a personal favor rather than something included with your stay. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and can be a great choice for families because of the water park. However, improving customer service, staff attitude, and communication would make the experience much better.

Liked Kind helpful staff everywhere Room fine Grounds lovely and well kept Food good variety, bbq outside usually good call, pizza nice, breakfast fresh made Moroccan pancakes, adult seating area always had space and was peaceful AI drinks good, beer fine, cocktails made fresh. Orderly lines to get served Other holiday makers good, didn’t see pushing in etc Medina area not as busy etc as I expected. Traders friendly but they are pros so don’t expect great deals! Price was pretty low so overall fantastic value for money. Possibly best vfm I ve had Airport was breeze both ways, straight through although again I recognise has a bad rap and we may have been lycky Not liked Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!

Lot of restrictions. Poor information provided by receptionist. Aqua parc was good for the kids other than nit much going on. No alcohol at the aqua parc. As parent you to walk all the way to the main bar to get a drink and you can't take it to the parc. Entertainment below average. Food is average. The worst part is the AC in thr room. Barely blow air and it was hot outside 34 degrees c. Cash deposit for the towels unheard of. Over all below average for all inclusive.

We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children

Room clean and good size (although as the room could have been made into an interconnecting room, there was little sound proofing from the room next door.). Food was varied and lots of choice for vegetarians. Nice pools - spent most of time at the relax pool which was quiet. Friendly staff.
