Stayed here one night while in the area kayaking pictured rocks. Pros: close to everything: restaurants, gas station, cannabis shop, shopping, etc all within walking distance. Very clean. Bed was comfy enough 7/10, had a mini fridge, easy and friendly check in, blow dryer, air conditioner worked great. Cons: traffic noise, very little parking, very small room, very small shower and sink

I stayed in the apt style room and had a hard time sleeping as I could hear the people upstairs with every step they took and even if their tv was on. I wouldn’t stay again in the unit unless I had kids with me that don’t sleep well anyway. Besides that, the bed was comfortable, linens and cupboards fully stocked, and very spacious with easy parking and great location in Munising.

Everything was great. The room was clean and smelled good. Perfect for us as we were going hiking pictured rocks. I did not have to pay a lot of money for the room compared to hotels we were reviewing. Since we were gone the majority of the day. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Walking distance to places to eat. Grocery store across the street, etc. Also when we checked in very nicey greeted.. Check out was simple, you just leave.I will definitely be back as I go there at least once a year.

Clean room, staff was knowledgeable, parking was easy. You can tell that it’s been remodeled more recently. The location is great if you like walking. The town is very walkable. The bed was so comfortable! Great amount of pillows too. The mini fridge worked well and didn’t make much noise. I had a microwave and keurig in the room but didn’t use either. I’ve heard people say it was a small space. I must have had a big room because it was a good size to me (king bed, first level). I only have two notes, both about the door. First, the door has a little window at the top. Sure, it’s beveled and has etching on some of it, but someone still could have peeped in. Second, there is a lock on the door knob, but it doesn’t have a deadbolt or any other mechanism to prevent the door from being broken into. Not saying I had that problem while I was there. The other travelers seemed nice and respectful. I’m a single female traveler so safety is really important to me. All of that said, those two things did very little to bring down my opinion of this place. It’s not perfect but it’s better than good.

Stay here! Great people.

Loved the staff—so welcoming, friendly and easygoing about everything! We’d camped and were full of wet gear, but they rolled with us graciously, let us hang things to dry around back, gave great recommendations from dining to laundromat & hiking/beaches

Loved this little motel. Reminded me of the ones we stayed at when I was a child. Very neat, clean & conveniently located. No breakfast served but a few nice little cafes close by. Would definitely stay again.
