“We stayed in a twin room in the height of summer, the windows could not open beyond an inch or so, there was no fan and the room was hotter than a sauna. Unbearable. The staff were lovely but totally unsupported being left in charge late with no guidance. We felt very sorry for them. Simon was excellent and made our stay really good. The garden and food was lovely. Breakfast consisted on a plate with stale bread roll and box of cereal no bowl or milk. Left outside the bedroom door.”

“The room was imnaculate and it had everything you would need for an over night stay. The staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The only negative was the walls of the room seemed paper thin and I was able to hear next door snoring which woke me in the morning.”
