“Guys we are in the middle of a heat wave I said it’s appresive in the room came back after work the next day still no fan in the room Don’t stay here if there is a heat warning - also didn’t help having the maintenance team scrapping banging under my room after the first night. “The double room was clean & fresh but the 'standard' size double bed does not compare well with the more usual 'queen' size provided in hotels in this price range. The staff were brilliant ambassadors for the hotel - Maisie & Jenny in particular - always attentive, always happy to engage with guests, always thinking ahead to anticipate the needs of their guests.
