Excellent hospitality. I was sick and coughing when I was waiting for a taxi at the lobby. The staff gave me a medicine and took care of me very gently. Room and facility are clean and comfortable. The bar in the hotel is cozy. I will definitely use this hotel again.

The reception service can be improved. I asked the lady (with glasses; medium length straight hair) to make a duplicate key, she threw it on the counter with no smile and eye contact, which was very rude, though when I asked her why she did this to me later, she apologised, saying she did not mean it. The room was refurbished and clean, but providing basic amenities upon request would be helpful, such as shower cap and cotton buds (there was none upon request).

Across the street, a live band playing until 02:00 in the night... without aircon the temp inside was crazy, windows needs to be open. But with a live band playing, not that funny if you want to sleep.

Sleepless night

Hotel rooms are without AC and room temperatures are above 30 degrees. All you are given is a small tabletop fan. Health hazard for young childer and elderly, for us it only meant 200€ for a sleepless night. Bar on the other side of the street will be loud until 04, so no possibility of opening doors or windows to cool down either.

Hotelli oli kokonaisuutena pettymys. Huone oli muuten ihan ok, mutta siellä oli todella lämmin, mikä teki oleskelusta ja nukkumisesta epämukavaa. Lisäksi yökerhon musiikki kuului selvästi huoneeseen, joten rauhallisesta yöunesta ei oikein voinut puhua. Myös palvelu jätti huonon vaikutelman. Respan henkilökunta vaikutti ilottomalta ja töykeältä, eikä kohtaamisesta jäänyt tervetullut olo. Aamiainen oli hintaan nähden vaatimaton. Erityisesti häiritsi se, että henkilökunta haki lautasen ja kahvimukin pois heti, kun ne olivat tyhjentyneet. Tilanteessa ei huomioitu lainkaan sitä, että asiakas saattaisi haluta vielä lisää. Huoneessa oli siis joitain toimivia puolia, mutta melu, kuumuus, palvelun tylyys ja vaatimaton aamiainen laskivat kokonaiskokemusta selvästi. en suosittele hotellia ainakaan rauhallista ja viihtyisää majoitusta etsivälle.
