Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Tekrar Mardin’e gitsem orada konaklarım. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Biz pencereli oda seçtik güzeldi. Tek sorun banyosu biraz eskiydi ama sorun etmedik. 3 gece konakladık. Eski bir konak bazen duvardan dökülme ve koku olabilir ama çok rahatsız etmedi. Bu arada terasları çok güzel.

Mini bar kısmı ücretli sular ücretsiz olabilir en azından. Personeller kibar ve yardımcı kişiler. Odalar temizdi kutu gibi değildi. Banyo kısmında ufak paslanmalar var belki ufak bir rütuş iyi olabilir. Oda biraz havalandırma olarak zayıf geldi Konum çok güzel , çarşının içindesiniz hemen. Kahvaltı kısmı manzarası güzeldi. Arkadaşlar inanılmaz kötü bir otel. Odalar kirli. Duş banyo yeri benim yatılı okulumdan bile kötü. Düşünün yıl olmuş 2026 ve tonla para veriyoruz duş kabini yerine bez asılmış. Kurutma makşnesi paslanmış. Ayrıca kesinlikle ekonomik oda almayın bildiğin resepsiyonla beraber yatıyorsun. Otopark var denmiş ama yok. Yol boşsa oraya koyun diyor otel. Doluysa bilmiyorum diyor. Otopark anlayışları bu. Kahvaltı zaten skandal. Mardine gidiyorum adam koska helva bal falan veriyor. Masalar temizlenmemiş önceki kişilerden sonra. Yani dicem o ki bu otelde kalınmaz. Aşırı pişman olduk. Vakit olsa değiştirecektim.

Wunderschönes historisches Hotel mit besonderem Charme Ein wunderschönes altes Hotel mit ganz besonderer Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass sich manches noch in der Renovierungsphase befindet, aber genau dieser historische Charakter macht den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Das Hotel und der gesamte Standort sind einfach traumhaft. Das Gebäude aus Naturstein – ein echtes Stone House – ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Ich war sehr glücklich, so zentral untergebracht zu sein. Das Personal, besonders Ismail und Şehmuz, waren wirklich hervorragend – freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Zinciriye Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall noch einmal besuchen. Im Bad gibt es noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die renoviert oder verbessert werden könnten, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es wunderbar. Leider war es im Mai noch etwas kalt, da die Steinhäuser die Temperatur stark speichern: Im Winter bleibt es warm, im Sommer angenehm kühl. Trotz allem ein sehr besonderer Ort mit viel Charme.
