Personeller çok ilgiliydi. Daha girişte otopark arama kısmında bile çok yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzlü hizmet var.Butik otel konsepti dahilinde alabileceğiniz en iyi hizmeti sağlıyorlar. Otelin yeri idealdi. Manzarası gayet iyiydi. Eski Mardin I gezebilmek için çok iyi bir konumda. Oda genişliği ve manzarası çok güzel.

Memnun kalamadik. 2 kadın Bienalden iki gün önce gittik, oda fotograflarina aldandik. Banyoda dus yok dus kabini yok.sadece dus bataryasi var. Sigara icilen bir kahvalti terasi var, rahatsiz oldugunuzu söylediğinizde buna aldırış eden bir isletme degil, dunyanin hic biryerinde yok böyle birşey.

Otelin konumu eski mardinde gezilebilecek her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Personelin ilgi ve alakası sizi aileden biriymiş gibi hissettirecektir. 2 kadın arkadaş gittik ve kendimizi çok güvende hissettik. Odaların dizaynı hissettirdikleri çok doğal ve güzel. oda temizdi, personel nazikti, konum çok merkezi, atmosfer çok güzel ve özellikle serpme sabah kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Kötü yanları ise sezon dışı gitmiştik ve soğuktu klima maalesef tam anlamıyla ısıtamıyor odayı ve elbise koyma yeri çok azdıonun dışında gayet iyiydi :)

Otel eski mardini yansıtma havasını sevdik fakaaat insan tuvalete gittiğinde kapısının kapanmasını ister değil mi.. bunu mekan sahibi deseydi çözerdik diye yol çizebilir mevzu zaten biz demeden bu hizmeti sağlayabilmektir..duş başlığının yalama yapmış olması ayrı bir dertti..gelelim kahvaltıya bugüne kadar hiç görmediğim bir şey yaşadım kahvaltı vasat üstü denebilir fakat dert şu ki oda sayısı kadar masa sandalye olmaması çok çok sorun tatile gelmişsin erkenden kahvaltı yapıp çıkacaksın ama kahvaltı yapmak için sıra bekliyorsun şaka gibi..yine kahvaltıdan yürüyorum masalarda sayıyla peçete verilmesi baharat olmaması bu konuda ne kadar vasat olduklarının ispatı sayılabilir..konsept olarak fena değil ama bazen güler yüz eksikliklerin kapanmasına yeterli olmuyor işletme umarım eksikşerini giderir ve daha üstün bir hizmet anlayışı benimser
