Awesome hotel and staff, what I don’t understand is why Expedia is saying 1 room left only and the hotel is empty, Other than that excellent the best of the hotel is the Girl in the lobby super nice, Capt Kevin he is a good guy just needs to work on his attitude.

We had a wonderful stay at Seascape Resort & Marina . The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Parking was convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The property was quiet, relaxing, and made us feel at home. The property was well maintained. Our room was clean. The pool, beach area and extra amenities were very nice. The boat ramp was a concern. The concrete appeared to be short that would cause a vehicle and trailer to get hung up. Rather than chance it we choose to launch our small boat elsewhere. The city of Marathon charges for launching, retrieving and then parking. It would cost $70.00 per each launch. Otherwise the property provides plenty of parking even for our boat and trailer and the location is convenient and away from the highway so it’s fairly quiet.

Room, air conditioning parking was all great. We loved that there was so many community items left by past guest that we got to use. You go on vacation and can’t take lawn chairs, umbrellas etc with you. We left some items as well. Love that they also had community kitchen items. We caught fish and were able to cook on the grills with utensils needed. We just had to buy food items needed, wanted for our food. The staff was awesome, very friendly accommodative always asked if we needed anything when they saw us. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights (in Room 7) in late June. We really loved the resort and Marathon. It is as pictured, charming and well kept. Very old Florida. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We didn't use the marina but it was fun to watch other guests and their boats. The room (#7) itself had a great ocean view, small patio, good bed, big closet and location (right by the pool). A/C excellent! The kitchenette in the room (full size fridge, toaster, microwave, some plates and silverware) and the grill just outside (clean) were nice to have. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Scape, the location was very pretty, right on the water. It has a nice pool and a beach, but it is a natural beach, no imported white sand, etc. They had bikes, kayaks and paddleboards that you could use for free which was very nice. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. No restaurant on site but we found lots of great places nearby.
