I really enjoyed my stay at the Megapolis Hotel overall. The location, atmosphere, and experience were great, and I would definitely consider staying again. The one area I feel could be improved is customer service. I pay a lot of attention to how staff interact with guests—their attitude, facial expressions, willingness to assist, and overall energy. During my stay, there were a few occasions where some staff members appeared as though they didn’t really want to be there, which did affect the experience a little. I may notice these things more because I also work in the hotel industry, and I personally believe a smile, a welcoming attitude, and genuine customer service can make a big difference in a guest’s stay. I understand everyone has different personalities and may have difficult days, so I don’t expect perfection, but I do believe guests should consistently feel welcomed and valued. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the good aspects of the hotel. With a little more focus on guest service and staff engagement, I think the experience could be even better.

Great views, great breakfast each morning, friendly staff, central location. The only downfall was climate control, the rooms were very humid causing our room to be musty. They did provide and humidifier which helped. Overall a wonderful experience for our first time in Panama.
