The room allocated to us was heavily worn out. It was not worth it to be rented out. The lighting are dark. The curtains seems to never have been washed for the last 20 years. No utensils. The toilet super worn out, very ugly. The staff were very juniors, lacks decision making skills and were chatting and unprofessional.

The hotel rooms are in need of a facelift/updating. The room that I was in wasn't cleaned too well, with hairs and crumbs scattered about. It seemed the hot water was a hit or miss while taking a shower...starts off warm and then goes cool.

I checked in and not even 2 hours later, I checked out. The first room I was given, the base of the lavatory had the black molds. The efforts to remove it was futile. The second room that I was placed in, the sink was clogged, cabinets were grossly chipped, the microwave was so out to date. The bed was not comfortable. The pictures on Expedia were totally different. I took pictures from proof. I’m asking for a full credit/ refund for this booking. The staff tried but the rooms badly need a repair/ remodeling.
