I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I arrived earlier than my scheduled stay, and they were very helpful in making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made a big difference, especially as a long-stay traveler. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. One suggestion would be to add a microwave and provide access to a washer and dryer for guests staying for an extended period. These amenities would make longer stays even more convenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

My view from my room was excellent. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to MOA, and there’s also a skywalk bridge from Conrad Hotel across the street that leads directly there. The location was very convenient, close to everything and to Terminal 1.

The room was spacious and very comfy. The ambiance is friendly and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the teens enjoyed it. The hotel is just a few steps to SM Mall of Asia. The views from the room were spectacular. The pool was not open due to construction. We were informed in advance that there will be construction going on but it did not bother us at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was very convenient, with a mall nearby, making it easy to shop, dine, and access everything I needed.
