Staff was great rooms were cleaned. The only major issue I had was the alarm going off at 2am twice and waking me up abruptly. I try calling the front request but no one was there or event acknowledged the very loud alarm going off

Was not a clean room by any means there was a strong paint smell throughout the hotel the hot tub was cold and the bedroom was nasty. Hair in the tub dirty pillowcases the shampoo was empty and when we asked for housekeeping we had to proceed to ask another 3 times and when the housekeeper showed up she was very rude. Do not stay here not worth the money. This was a trip for my birthday and to say the least was not happy.

Train tracks right by the room. There were some loud trains passing by through the night. The only indication I saw of this was as I was checking in there was a sign, but at that point, I had booked and paid for the room.

Unfortunately both of our rooms, 324 and 325, smelled of dampness and mold. I did call down and ask to move but the hotel was full. I do not think these rooms should have been rented out in this condition. The front desk did confirm that the hotel was dealing with some mold in the air conditioners and were working on the problem but that didn't help our stay to be better. Again, in my opinion, these 2 room are not in rentable condition.

Try to check in after game and the air vents had black mold all in them and the lady at the front desk let us know like yeah we had a been clean before we checked in mind you we checked in at 10:30 PM at night. there’s no reason that the room should not have been cleaned. Therefore, we ended up canceling our reservation and leaving since they didn’t have another room to put us in I know we were not the only ones as there was another lady who had the same issues in her room as well.

This was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and well maintained every morning. I did have an issue with how moist the room was. Dropping the temp in the room to 63 helped. Also, the vent in the bathroom should be modified to help pull moisture out. After showering the door to the bathroom needed to be closed to keep some of the moisture down (vent/light switch on) in the rest of the room. Parking was decent. Never really had an issue finding a spot. Loved having aldis right next door, the mall down the road one way and a great few little strip malls the other way. Walmart was 10 minutes and Dillions roughly 8. Ideally the location was good. The pool area looked great, wish I had more time on my stay to have utilized this amenity. Sounded like the kids from other travelers had a blast :) The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They dressed professionally and were consistent with staying busy with tasks. Thankyou for the stay! V

The staff was really helpful. I even lost my ring and they are mailing it to me. The breakfast wasn't too bad just basic. The parking lot was big enough for everybody. The room was clean but it did have a little bit of a musty smell. It was perfect for what we needed to get our kid to college.

Clean room, good breakfast. Our room was noisy as you could hear everything on the floor above us (constant running/stomping) but not hotels fault. Otherwise can’t complain for the price.

This is definitely not a "hotel" you want to stay for comfort or quiet. The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. Gave "motel" vibes. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants jumping up and down off the beds. We could easily hear the other neighbor's children fussing, while other people let their kids run amock down the hallways. There were very large water spots on the ceiling and stains on the bed coverings. Mattress cover had stains and crumbs on it. Large gaps in the doorways let a lot of light and sound into the room. Overall cleanliness within the room was okay and you can tell the staff tried to make it nice. However, this is definitely somewhere you stay for the price and nothing else. Clientele was questionable and rough. Only needed a room for the night (less than 12 hours), which was the only reason we stayed here.

Very well priced and clean. Hallway smelled of marijuana the first night but apparently they moved on. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.
