“Hello, I need to formally express my disappointment regarding our stay. We specifically chose and paid a substantially higher price for a Deluxe Water Villa because the advertised main feature is the ability to access and enjoy the ocean directly from the villa itself.

“My stay at the Radisson Blu Maldives was way below expectations, with some strong points, but ultimately disappointing enough that I would choose a different resort if I return to the Maldives.
The experience started poorly. The seaplane transfer was delayed by two hours due to a miscalculation of the aircraft’s weight, followed by a 4 hour delay in the arrival of my luggage.
Despite this, the check-in process was still slow, showing little urgency given the situation.
