I have stayed at this hotel many times for good reason. The entire staff is hard working and dedicated to making your stay feel like a home away from home. The receptionists are kind and willing to help however they can, and the housekeeping staff leave the rooms spotless and clean every time. Toyoko Inn sets the standard for how all hotels should be, and they are the gem of Cebu

Great stay. The breakfast was amazing. The room was good clean and provided all amenities .The only downside was that I paid for a king-size bed but they were two single beds put together with a thin top mattress. Other than that, good all round.

We got a room on the top floor which was nice for the view. Our room was at the end of the hall and later that evening we found out that there is some sort of fan equipment near our room that was loud. At first thought it was our ac unit that was noisy but after turning it off it sounded like a engine noise outside. I needed to have the ac unit runing to mask the noise. Too tired to complain but did not get enough sleep as we had an early am flight the next day. The plus for the hotel was a great massage on the 7th floor. Also being next to the mall made for access to many restaurants and coffee places.
