This was our second stay at Springhill Suites in Manchester, NH and we were, again, very pleased! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the parking is very convenient. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast all three mornings that we were there, and it was very good with lots to choose from. We had to leave a day earlier than expected, and the staff (I believe her name was Maria) was very helpful in working out the details of the schedule change. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time we're in Manchester visiting family!

We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths twice. It was a 2 night stay. We had to ask for 6 extra pillows so each person could have 2 because they were really flat. The room keys stopped working twice so a third set finally worked. The breakfast was hardly stocked- half of our party got very little to eat (and there were no forks). The service was excellent though. All front desk receptionists were personable & kind.

Hotel is directly next to the airport, so lots of movement in terms of large groups of people cycling in and out. The location is actually great (easy access to the highway and restaurants, very little noise even with planes so close). You have to pay for parking, which is not the norm in Manchester hotels (even other Marriott properties nearby). There's a free breakfast buffet, but it's horribly maintained. Food and drinks (and even things like plates) were constantly out of stock, to the point that it was the #1 thing I overheard other guests talk about. Even if I woke up early to catch the beginning of the meal period, I still had to dine out more often than in. The rooms were decent. Reasonably comfortable mattress, functional bathroom, a kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. I was underwhelmed by the West Elm couch/trundle. I only needed it as a couch but it was hard as a rock and the back was so low it was difficult to sit comfortably. All in all this is a fine hotel to stay at for a night or two, but I wouldn't recommend any longer, and plan to source your own breakfast.
