Staff are very nice and helpful, originally we are arranged to a room without AC supply, after talking with them, we are relocated to a new room. Breakfast is good too. Just there is no handheld shower is a bit inconvenience for me.

Traveled with 2 teenagers and room was small but fine, not much room for luggage but was nice to have 2 single beds for our teenage girls and good for 1 night. Clean and very close to picadilly train station. One complaint: We had dinner here because it was easy when we were jetlagged after a very long flight but it was absolutely awful. Do not eat here! Was worse than a heat up microwave meal. And very expensive. Apart from the food it was a great spot to stay.

My experience at premier inn picadilly was mediocre. They didn’t accept check-ins before 3, and when they finally opened there was a long queue. They motivated for self check-in, but hotels.com/expedia guests were not able to do so because the reference number wasn’t the right format. I, as I guess many other Non-Brit guests didn’t have the appropriate power converter. In the reception there was no understanding or willingness to help. I can accept that they don’t have converters lying around, some guidance to a supermarket or similar would be sufficient. Rooms were decent, but with strong lights and not really a comfortable atmosphere. All in all, not the best experience. At least City won the match and then my son didn’t care about anything else.

Habitación espaciosa con camas muy cómodas. Café y té en la habitación,así como amenities en el baño. A 5 minutos de la estación y a 15 minutos andando del centro. Calle muy tranquila. El personal muy amable,y tienen un desayuno buffet muy completo por precio muy bueno. Hotel muy recomendable!

Der var ikke styr på ret meget, værelset var kun redt op til 2, så vi måtte ned og høre om de kunne få styr på det mens vi var væk, da vi kom tilbage ved midnat var der stadig ikke sket noget. Dobbeltsengen havde dobbeltdyne, så vi måtte ned igen og høre om en ekstra dyne samt håndklæder. Morgenmaden er super fin og det ligger meget centralt placeret i forhold til offentlig transport og shopping
