Front of house staff very friendly and welcoming. One of the bar staff also very friendly. Hotel location very convenient for closeness to city centre but quiet (which was fab!). One piece of friendly feedback, housekeeping not very efficient as where we had left the room in the morning ready for exploring, we returned 6 hours later and room had not been made up by housekeeping. We were not prepared to wait any longer due to heat and need for the air con, so we had to make do ourselves and arrange our own towel change and upkeep.
