Nice welcoming staff arrived early so was able to leave luggage until check in nice clean room complimentary breakfast was included best to go before 8 as it gets full after this time might need to wait for a table only about a 10min walk to the city centre

Amazing hotel just about right for concerts theatres etc The staff excelled in customer care and service. Breakfast was continental but very good something for everyone. Transport routes excellent the train is 100 yards away the bus stop is right outside the front door. All in all a very good stay. Cannot wait to stay again

Checked in for 2 nights for party of 5. Had asked for connecting rooms via message, they didn't have any. Our flight arrived at 11 am and we were at the hotel by 12:30pm. They couldn't give us our rooms early since they weren't ready. check in is at 3 pm, we waited in the lobby while they stored our bags . We were handed the room keys by 2 pm. Breakfast is typical English breakfast which was honestly meh and lacked variety. We needed to extend our stay and the nightshift front desk lady Wendy was super helpful and friendly and gave us a good rate since we were IHG member. She gave me a better room when I asked for two twin instead of a double. Rooms were quiet since they were on 6th floor and location felt very safe even though there was a homeless person right outside the hotel but it's a city so it's expected. Beds were not comfortable as they were very soft and bouncy, we prefer firm mattress. Overall good stay.

Room clean and tidy staff nice and helpful hotel overall spotless, breakfast is really good, good selection of hot food cereal and pastries, hotel in a good position on Oxford road, a 10 min walk to a good safe car park, Q park on first street recommend, AO arena a 25 min easy walk for concert. Second stay for us will definitely come back again.

There were strands of hair in the shower and the toilet wasn’t that clean, the AC made some noises when it’s on. But other than that, everything was exceptional. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, breakfast was great too! Highly recommended!
