The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable. We had a great night's sleep in a spacious and co.fortable room. Actually much better than the previous night at another hotel where we paid 150% more.

Perfect for sleeping! Comfy bed. It is old, bathroom set up is weird, carpet feels like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade so I would let my kids crawl around on it and bring slippers! Great home-base for exploring in all directions.

The room was very clean. The check in person was not friendly at all. Acted as though we were bothering him. The check out lady was awesome, very nice. Breakfast was nice, very busy, had to ask for things to be refilled, and they were refilled very quickly.

I have to say that our stay at the Best Western was great. The price was competitive to other places (better, even) and offered more amenities. It was very clean, modern, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was a real, hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and sausages. There was a variety of breads and muffins, cereals, apples, bananas, juices, and coffee and tea. There was yogurt from a machine that I found way too sweet but that’s me. I would most definitely stay there again.

The hotel is showing wear and tear and needs some maintenance. None that affected our comfort, however. Overall it was a good stay. There was a youth league sports team (or teams) staying the night we were there. The kids were running wild through the halls, which shook the whole third floor. This was no fault of the property, but it made for rough time getting rest. The proximity to the airport was perfect and convenient.

The staff was very respectful and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was great and super convenient, especially with kids in tow. Our room was clean but controlling the heat/cooling/dryness/humidity was tricky. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but we were disappointed to find that the hot tub is gone. Kids were excited for the game room, but we couldn't get quarters at the desk so we could only play a few games. Walk to the restaurant next door was easy, food and drinks were delicious and they sat all 8 of us Saturday night without a wait. This hotel was just what we needed for our soccer tournament weekend.
