Wonderfull hotel. Food was amacing, service very fine. Fitnes place good. Minus for spa totally over priced. We did’n want to pay 4time more than we pay to our own massage here in our own country. We wanted to go, but we are not stupid to pay totally over price. Over all everything else was 10+.

My stay at this hotel there were some positive aspects, I was left a bit disappointed. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, and even after asking the staff to check it four times, the problem remained unresolved. With temperatures reaching 35–45 degrees, having old AC units that can’t keep up makes the stay very uncomfortable. I was elft drenched in sweat every night. The hotel itself feels more like a 4-star property and is starting to show its age. The food was okay. The staff in general were polite and friendly, but I did notice a difference in how guests were treated at the reception. Foreign tourists seemed to receive a warmer welcome, while Turkish guests didn’t always get the same attention. While I appreciated the efforts of some of the staff, I believe the hotel could really improve by upgrading its facilities and ensuring all guests are treated equally.

My overall experience was good, there were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was uncomfortably hot during the nights. This made it difficult to sleep and made my stay less enjoyable. Another issue I faced was with the housekeeping service. It was really bad and the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations for a 5-star hotel. I had to call several times to get my room cleaned properly, and even then it was not done to my satisfaction. One other thing to note is that there was no imported alcohol available at the hotel. While this may not be a major issue for some people, it was a disappointment for me as I had expected a wider variety of alcohol options at a 5-star hotel. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was beautiful and the other amenities and services provided by the hotel were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.

Communication before arrival was excellent, our transfer was on time, and check-in was quick and easy. Staff speak Turkish, Russian, German and English, so communication was never an issue. 🏨 The hotel is easy to navigate Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach is absolutely GORGEOUS! The adults-only pool was a favorite. My only disappointment was pools closing at 18:00. Food was good with LOTS of variety, though seafood options limited. ⭐️ 🥇The biggest highlight was the PEOPLE. 🍹 Muhammer at Ficus/Veranda Bar was OUTSTANDING! Amazing cocktails (his mojito is PERFECT!), but even better was his personality. Always smiling, welcoming and genuinely happy to see guests. His warmth, professionalism and positive attitude are exactly what 5-star service should feel like. Please give this man a bonus—and a big fan when he works outside! 🫶🏼 Mustafa from Guest Relations was WONDERFUL (and I’m not easy to please). I mentioned that I love baba ghanoush and was sad I hadn’t seen it. He spoke with the kitchen, and the next day—they made it happen! He listened, cared and fixed it!. His English is excellent, and he is professional, kind and genuinely cool. 🥇 Mustafa & Muhammer didn’t just do their jobs—they made our vacation better. Please recognize and reward them! Für das Geld bekommt man in der Umgebung bessere Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr auf Deutsche und andere Herkunft fixiert.Nichts für deutsch Türken oder Türken geeignet.Mein Partner und ich wurden 2 stunden ohne nachfrage ob wir noch was trinken möchten vernachlässigt während die anderen mindestens 3 mal in abständen lediglich Getränke auf gezwungen wurden.Das war das erste mal und letzte mal in diesem Hotel 10 tagen Aufenthalt Getränke selber geholt frühstück Abendessen Personalgespräche untereinander oder Stammkunden Smalltalk.Für 5 Sterne und dieser Preisklasse nein danke. Animation sehr schmal gehalten ab 23 uhr ist Schlafenszeit in diesem hotel Lobby 24 schlieẞt und die Bar die offen ist, ist besucht mit betrunkenen Gästen und einem Buffet wo jemanden das essen vergeht. Essenreste liegen daneben Wärmebehälter leer. Personal wirkt genervt das eine Personal sprach mich an Mami was kann ich für dich tun auf türkisch. Unglaublich keine grenze unter Gast und Servicepersonal. Für uns als Paar mitte 40 ist das keine Erholung gewesen sehr durcheinander Laufstrecken, kleiner lift,viele Treppen laufen.

Schöne und toll gelegene Anlage, nettes Personal. Gute Auswahl an Speisen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer Reinigung ganz ok, könnte gründlicher sein gerade Boden und Spiegel. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr toll, gepflegt und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. Die A la Carte Restaurants sind gut jedoch wären etwas längere Pausen zwischen den einzelnen Speisen schön. Die Gänge wurden sehr schnell hintereinander serviert. Man hatte fast das Gefühl man muss sich mit dem Essen beeilen das fanden wir etwas schade. Im Großen und Ganzen aber eine wirklich gute Hotelanlage.
