Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte in diesem Hotel und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die modernen und stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmer. Das gesamte Hotel macht einen gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Strand: Er ist sehr groß, bietet außergewöhnlich viel Platz und ist im Vergleich zu den Nachbarhotels angenehm ruhig. Man hat fast das Gefühl, einen privaten Strand zu genießen. Auch das Essen hat uns geschmacklich überzeugt. Alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Lediglich die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Während unseres Aufenthalts wiederholte sich das Angebot täglich – insbesondere Köfte, Hähnchenbrust und die gleichen Fischgerichte standen jeden Tag auf dem Speiseplan. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre wünschenswert sowie mehr auswahl. Ein großes Buffet war es nicht. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit. Die Zimmer wurden zwar täglich gereinigt, allerdings nicht besonders gründlich. Vor allem im Badezimmer waren noch zahlreiche Flecken sichtbar. Teilweise entstand der Eindruck, als wäre das gesamte Zimmer mit demselben Reinigungstuch geputzt worden. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte hatten wir insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wer moderne Zimmer, einen traumhaften und weitläufigen Strand sowie gutes Essen schätzt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Mit einer gründlicheren Zimmerreinigung und etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Buffet wäre das Hotel nahezu perfekt.

wir waren schlichtweg begeistert Exzellente Lage, ausgedehnter Strand, die Anlage ist zeitgemäß und bietet Ruhe. Meine Kinder fanden den Wasserparktoll.Die Bedienung war einfach großartig. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Ein junger, sympathischer Mann, der stets freundlich war und gute Laune verbreitete, ist mir besonders aufgefallen( Beachbar)Leider hatten wir in diesem Jahr nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, aber trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden. nur eine Sache hat uns nicht ganz gefallen, und zwar das Essen. Jeden Tag bot sich uns dasselbe Bild dar, es mangelte an einer abwechslungsreichen Küche. Es wäre großartig, wenn man internationale Küche anbieten könnte. Vielen Dank für alles! Ihr seid großartig

Wir haben 1 Woche als Familie in dem Hotel unseren Urlaub verbracht. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, unser Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool war sehr praktisch. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei. Lecker ebenso ;) Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich, vor allem die Damen am Frühstücksbuffet waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr modern und fein gestaltet. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich ein zweites Mal. Das einzige Minuspunkt, wir hatten ein Babybett vor Anreise angefordert, welches wir nicht bekommen haben. War aber auch nicht zwingend notwendig, da das Ehebett groß genug war.

Exquisite hotel, highly recommend!!

Our experience at Paloma Finesse was second to none. On arrival we were personally greeted and offered a delicious welcome drink. Throughout our whole stay the service was impeccable - it was probably the best thing about the hotel apart from the obvious! The staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness not just in our room but in the entire facility. The food and drinks was incredible, anything you craved it was basically there. You could choose to eat from 4 different restaurants so there was definitely some variety. There was always something to do if you were bored as the hotel advertised a weekly schedule of different events during the day and evening not to mention they had their own water park on site! The last day the hotel organised a yoga session in the presence of a live instrumental band and a brunch thereafter. We really felt like we were taken care of. Normally we dislike sitting in a hotel all week but this hotel was an exception. It was too good to leave!! The only negatives were that the spa was quite expensive and there was no iron provided - pressing was offered at an extra price! The latter was probably the most surprising to us.

Food was good, spa staff was dishonest - they sell you a two hour package and then the actual treatment is an hour long and they make you sit for 20mins to extend the duration - when I said that wasn’t 2 hours they started getting aggressive saying I didn’t sit for long enough even though it was way under the advertised 2 hours. Very sad.

Ausstattung allgemein Architektur und Gestaltung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen hat mittelmäßig geschmeckt. Ich fand es schade das 4Rutschen im Aquapark nicht benützten konnten da es gesperrt war was ich sehr schade fand denn wenn ich für die Unterkunft bezahle möchte ich alles testen können. Ein Dame im Aquapark hat mir besonders aufgefallen da sie sehr unfreundlich zu Ihre Kollegen war und sich untereinander gestritten haben die Stimmung war sehr angespannt bei der rutsche oben das war am 23.8.2021 am nächsten Tag war sie gleich mies drauf dewegen bin ich am dritten Tag nicht gegangen . Am Strand war kein Service da die unsere Bestellungen aufnimmt wir mussten ständig hin und her gehen. App Service hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen ist zu wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem gibt es während des Tages zu wenig Möglichkeiten etwas Kleines zu essen. Auch ist relativ oft etwas "ausgegangen".

Der Neubau ist wirklich gelungen , modern und großzügig angelegt , fühlt man sich in den Zimmern und der Anlage sehr wohl. Man muss am Personal und dem Entertainment am Abend noch arbeiten ! Große Unterschiede in der Qualität der Getranke von Bar zu Bar ! Essen ist wirklich super !!
