The hotel is very modern and up to date with good facilities. We used the spa which was really excellent, having both a Turkish bath and massage. The rooms were cleaned well and the communal areas were spotlessly clean at all times! The staff in the restaurant were all so helpful, charming and polite! and this goes for the staff all over the hotel - we could not fault anyone or anything! The breakfast was fresh, delicious and plenty to choose from. We didn't use the gym but it is a nice facility to have. The location is great and the beach club was brilliant :) We were very impressed with Prive Suite Hotel & Spa and would definitely stay again!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent, the food and service were excellent. The staff were very helpful in every way. Fidan Hanım, who was especially helpful when we welcomed , she was very helpful with her quick and helpful solutions for my lost luggage at the bus station. I would like to thank her,Mr. Ali and the hotel manager.Hope to see you next year :)

New aparthotel has fabulous pool area. Lovely and clean. Only negative was the irritating loud piano style pool music at 9.30 in the morning that could be heard on the balcony and in the room if the doors were open

After our first hotel turned out to be a disappointment, we booked Private Suites last minute and it was the best decision we could have made! The hotel is brand new and absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming (with the small exception of one young man in the restaurant who didn’t seem too enthusiastic at times). The restaurant itself is excellent, offering delicious food with a great price-quality ratio. We also enjoyed a full spa treatment with a massage, which was completely worth the money, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable; there are still a few small finishing touches to be made here and there, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to several great restaurants and only about 25 minutes walk from Side center or a 5 minute drive. All in all, a top experience and definitely a place we would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so relaxing, and we enjoyed every minute of it. This is the best place we’ve ever stayed. The apartment felt just like home, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cleaners and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We honestly can’t say a single bad thing about this hotel. We’d definitely come back in the future!

The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor. Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

Kahvaltı oldukça kötüydü. Yatak başında bulunan duvar komple rutubetti. (1414 oda) Otele girişte türkçe konuşabilen ama türkçe anlaşamadığımız bir hanfendi vardı yeterli bilgilendirme yapamadığı için sonraki günler sürekli soru sormak zorunda kaldık. Masaj var yer yok. Bununla beraber havuz kısmına yayılan ve balkonlardan da alınan rahatsız edici kötü bir koku var. Genel olarak personele ve otele ihtiyacınız olmadığı sürece apart olarak iyi bir tatil yaşayabilirsiniz

Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim. 3 gece kaldık, odayı banyoyu günlük temizliyorlar, havlular günlük değişiyor ancak çarşaflar ve yastık kılıfları günlük değiştirilmiyor. Odada sıcak su için kettle var, ikramlık kahve de vardı. İki kupa bardak koymuşlar. ilk gün kahve yapıp içtik, biz çıkana kadar kupa bardaklar kirli olarak yerinde kaldılar. Bulaşık işine karışmıyormuş otel. Garipti. İlk gün dolapta ücretsiz su var. Sonraki günler talep ederseniz ücretli. Anlaşmalı oldukları bir beach var. Denizde yüzmek için oraya girebiliyorsunuz. Güzel bir beach. Yürüyerek gidemezsiniz. Oraya giden servisleri varmış. Aracınız varsa ulaşım rahat. Havuzu normal. Kahvaltısı normal.

Venligt personale. Enkelte små fejl i værelset, meget vand på toiletgulvet, toiletlåget kan ikke stå åbent, stikkontakt ikke fastgjort i væggen og der mangler en til vandvarmeren. Man skal regne med støj fra moskéen. God omelet til morgenmad, men amerikanske pandekager ikke så gode .
