A great hotel

A warm welcome awaited me at my arrival and check in My room was clean ,fresh, relaxing Quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was amazing The breakfast was excellent and a large variety and Dining area was by the pool The management and staff were absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble for them. With a smile and a cheery disposition The hotel is very good value indeed for it,'s rating. It is well maintained ,clean and spacious in a Quiet relaxed area near the beach and local shops and sightseeing monuments I would recommend this hotel 100% I look forward to my return ...

This property is luxury without being silly chain prices. It has a warm friendly feel but everything is immaculate. Large fluffy good quality towels to great food at the snack bar to very clean outdoor pool and grounds. Well located off the main rd so quiet but close enough to local buses/ shops. Keep up the great work belissima. We'll be back. Laura & roy.

Impeccable check-in, great breakfast, and affordable bar. The pool is paradise, and they offer a beach shuttle. But what makes it special is the family feel. It's owned by a charming family who treat you like one of their own. Can't fault a thing. It's a masterpiece in hospitality. Adding an extra layer of warmth to this already remarkable hotel is the family who own and operate it. A husband and wife, along with their five children and ever-present grandmother, as well as other extended family members, play an integral role in creating an atmosphere that feels like a second home. Every morning and evening, it was heartwarming to see them gather by the poolside. the best bed&breakfast hotel in Side area, the hotel is renewed so rooms are new and comfortable with a balcony, friendly stuff, good location, just few mins away from side center by walk, nice big pool i really enjoyed swimming there and sunbeds are so nice, good breakfast, the bar is good also you should try nice cocktails there....

I had a friend's guest in the room for an hour during the day, the receptionist told me I had to pay him 30€ to enter the room and when I refused and threatened to make a comment about it on the app, he backed down from the bad treatment and did not ask for money

Do not book here. You have been warned.

No check in staff at desk. Rang bell multiple times then after 10 minutes some one attended. No shower gel or shampoo. Rooms not cleaned. Bed not comfortable. No black out curtains. Breakfast terrible. Hardly any food. Staff just hanging around. Restaurant at night half the menu not available. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Highly recommend

Family of 5 adults staying for 4 nights. We made a mistake in the booking with hotels.com but it was solved to our utmost satisfaction on arrival. Nice family run hotel, english skills at a better level than most other sites in Side. Help with booking of massage, private taxi service etc. Good size pool, cleaned EVERY morning. Fresh towlels and room cleaning on demand. The cleaning ladies are the sweetest, we have ever met! Traditionel turkisch breakfast with variations each day eg pancakes, omelet etc. We were not missing a thing. We will not hesitate to go back and stay in the same hotel again.

Horrible hotel really dirty and unclean. Felt sick staying there so stayed out most days! When I booked it had great reviews but recently this place has turned bad! Would avoid for this price you can definitely get a better hotel Staff are unhelpful no information at all on arrival. When coming you see so many signs with what is not allowed in the hotel- you can’t bring food and drink but not given any water by the hotel which is absolutely crazy in the hot weather Only helpful person was a lady with dark hair who worked some night shifts.

This was a non smoking self contained apartment located close to the hotel. Location was ideal for eating out, access to the antiquities and also to get to the D400 to visit the local area. Although relatively new and looking as it did on the photos, despite being advertised as Non Smoking, on entering the apartment there was not only a strong smell of tobacco, but the bedding smelt terrible. Some of the crockery was dirty. We purchased new pillows & coffee mugs. Due to bad weather, there was no hot water for showers after the first day - hot water solely reliant on solar heating. The bed was very uncomfortable on one side. The heating ( air con) was good in lounge and bedroom, the storage space good in the bedroom. The space in the apartment was good and there was a decent sized outside balcony. If the negatives were resolved, this would be a great place to stay.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel with my mother for a short trip, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and rude. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the employees behaved as though we were an inconvenience, and their overall demeanor was unprofessional and even hostile at times. The facilities were subpar. The washrooms were small and uncomfortable. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, which gives the hotel a very outdated feel. During breakfast, the staff would stand around watching us eat, which felt intrusive and unnecessary—especially since there were barely any other guests. We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient if you’re hoping to explore or access basic amenities easily. When I asked for clean towels on the second day, the receptionist was dismissive and told me towels are only changed every three days. His tone was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. It was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience, and I regret wasting time and money on this place

Kamer was op zich goed, net gerenoveerd. Echter wordt er niet schoongemaakt, ook geen refill van water. Dit kan alleen met extra bijbetaling. Zwembad was prima. Bij ontvangst een norse jongeman, geeft "even" de huisregels. Er is een regel dat er geen eten of drinken van buiten naar binnen. Raar, maar waar. Verder is de omschrijving op de expedia site niet correct. Volgens de site staat het hotel op 0,5 km van het strand, nou niet dus. Minimaal 1,5 km. Dus eigenlijk een teleurstelling. En dat voor 80 euro per nacht.

eşimle ani bir plan yapıp 2 günlüğüne konakladığımız bir otel. Temizlik ve çalışanların ilgisi yönünden gayet yeterli bir otel diye düşünüyorum tabi ki ne beklediğinize bağlı ama tam bir fiyat performans diyebilirim. Bu fiyatlara bizim beklentimizi karşıladı. Odalarda şampuan ve duş jeli vs olmaması tek sorundu diyebilirim. Onun dışında klima TV ısıtıcı çalışıyordu. ilgisi için otel personeline teşekkürler 🙏
