Excellent hotel with super friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. Room was spotless. There were water fountains at reception and on three other floors which provided cold water. We were half board and the food was excellent. The only small negative was the young chef front of house could have done with a hand to assist putting out their hot meat selection at the evening meal! The rooftop bar provided unbelievable views. I would add that even though this was a trip during last week of July and high season, the hotel didn’t feel too busy. All in all a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok.

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. The staff are all very nice. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it. The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. Couldn’t fault this hotel. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !!

What a superb hotel

Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest

Great relaxing family get away.

Perfect location. Hotel was clean and friendly. Card machine on the bar would help. I don’t like putting everything on my room. Few reviews mention cost of sunbeds. The sunbeds are free. Only a cost if you want to reserve them for the next day or even the full week. We will definitely be back.

We hade a room at the 6th floor. The room was nice and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Only problem i can mention, that the 6th floor not the best because of the sky bar on the 7th. You can week up morning for the cleaners moving chairs and at the night the music queit loud as well until 11.

Great location, aircon and soundproofing needed

The hotel is in a great location, we chose B & B rather than all inclusive and the breakfasts were good, always plenty of choice. The staff were lovely. The pool is small which could cause a problem in peak season but it was fine while we were there. The two issues we had were; 1. Aircon- outside of peak season there is no aircon in the rooms. The staff said it was because people complained it was too cold and it wasn’t needed. It was 25° during the day, aircon would be nice. 2. Soundproofing, or rather the lack of it. You could hear every sound from the corridor and other rooms, this was especially a problem when you had people getting up at 6 or 7am (a lot of the guests were older and most seemed to be early risers) doors slamming, showers running, etc.

Perfect location on the beach front. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are ideal size for what We wanted. Food was also lovely with plenty of choice at all meal times. If I had to say anything negative about this hotel it would be the wait for the lifts! But that's not the end of the world and certainly didn't ruin the holiday. Would I return absolutely Yes!

Overall a nice stay, reception staff was very friendly on arrival and made sure we understand all the facilities from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, swimming pool was quite basic so we didn't spend any time there but headed to the beach instead, which was convenient as the hotel is right next to it. However the check out did let down our overall experience as there was only one staff at the reception at the check out peak hours (11am), she had to manage guests inquiries, guests wanting exchange of pool towels, plus the numerous people in the queue waiting to check out ....

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und auch das Essen hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anlage war gepflegt und man konnte sich wirklich gut entspannen. Der einzige Minuspunkt war der Strand direkt am Hotel. Dort lagen leider sehr viele Algen, sodass Baden und Entspannen nicht so angenehm waren. Wir sind deshalb meistens etwa 10 Minuten zu einem anderen Strandabschnitt gelaufen, der deutlich schöner war. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel insgesamt weiterempfehlen und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
