“The actual place is very nice, but there is nothing around there. We went to have some food in the restaurant and it was probably the worst food I’ve ever tasted. The lamb was like rock cake so we decided to move our hotel.”

“I have stayed in this hotel before and it was great!
I am now back after over a year and the service was atrocious!!!
The girls at the front desk was rude.
During breakfast the waiter was even worse!
There was no forks, no coffee and no waiter while the buffet was full of people trying to have breakfast. We shared the only kettle of coffee with another table and even they acknowledged the service was horrible.
The waiter then came over to our table and instead of apologizing he just gave us...

“This place was awesome. The staff was top notch and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was really good. Nice pool. I stayed longer than expected, as I was enjoying my stay!
Great for TIA airport access, with shuttle available. The only negative may be if you want easy access to the Tirana city center, it may be a bit out. Otherwise, it's a great choice!”
