Not bad, not great

Stayed 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The room in itself was OK. Clean. Beds were nice. Bathroom was outdated but "fine". Window was cracked. I would say that if everything else is booked, this is a good option. It's not the best I've stayed at but certainly not the worst either. It's OK. However, strange smell in the corridor leading up to the room. Smells like something have been tried to be removed but not successfully, and now it lingers in the carpet. The breakfast was sub-par. Go to a café instead.

Bad customer service and no breakfast.

Awful customer service. Breakfast should be open on Sunday from 8.00-10.00 according to signs and verbal information, but closed at 9.00. So no breakfast for our travel companions even though it had been paid for. Also personnel were not particularly polite. They did however help regarding our daughter’s needs for gluten-free considerations.

Behöver du bara nĂ„gonstans att sova för ett par nĂ€tter? Är service och upplevelser inte viktigt för dig? I sĂ„ fall har du hittat rĂ€tt. Obemannad reception, gamla slitna rum, frokustbuffĂ©n var ett skĂ€mt, jag fick plocka bort mjölkpaket som passerat bĂ€st före datum. Hemköp ligger pĂ„ andra sidan vĂ€gen, köp din frukost dĂ€r. Men som sagt, vill du bara duscha och sova, helt okej 😎

Det er et hyggeligt sted, men det er slidt og prisen er kommet i den hÞje ende ift. hvad du fÄr. Morgenmaden er blevet bedre, sÄ alt i alt et okay sted at tage en enkelt overnatning inden turen gÄr videre til skiferien. Vi har vÊret der tre Är i trÊk.

UtmÀrkt service och prisvÀrt

Mycket vÀnligt bemötande nÀr vi kom, att visa var man kunde valla skidor och var kök och spa fanns. Frukosten var god och hade allt man kunde önska och fÀrskt var det ocksÄ. De ordnade ocksÄ att vi fick behÄlla vÄrt rum till eftermiddagen utan att ta nÄgot extra för det. Hit kommer vi gÀrna tillbaka!

Vill man bara ha nÄgonstans att sova och fÄ en ok frukost sÄ funkar detta bra. Enkelt rum men bra och sköna sÀngar. Frukosten fyller sin funktion. Kaffe, te - bröd och vanliga pÄlÀgg. Kokta Àgg, Àggröra och bacon samt fil och yoghurt med tillbehör. Bra parkeringsmöjlighet.

Ett hotell utan bemanning men enkelt att komma in i byggnaden och sitt rum men hjlp av ett sms som skickades tidigare. frukosten var vÀldigt enkel men fint presenterad, tyvÀrr var nÄgra av charkuterierna torra/gamla som gjorde mig lite tveksam.Var helt sjÀlv pÄ frukosten och sÄg inen annan boende heller. Ett förslag till Àgarna Àr att om det Àr lÄgt bemannat frÄga gÀsten vad som önskas till frukost och vilken tid sÄ skulle det kunna vara en fantastiskt upplevelse om allt vore fÀrskt.

Otroligt dĂ„ligt hotel, det vĂ€sta jag har varit med om helt klart. Luktade urin i korridoren första natten, brĂ€nt rök dom andra tvĂ„ nĂ€tterna. Du sĂ„g aldrig nĂ„gon i receptionen Ă€ven fast vi var dĂ€r 3 nĂ€tter. Inte alltid svar pĂ„ sms. Hela badrummet blev blött nĂ€r man duschade. Byggnad i otroligt dĂ„ligt skick. Frukosten var ej bra. Superkallt i rummet Ă€ven fast det ”bara” va -1 under natten. Vi fick element de kommande nĂ€tter. Stanna endast hĂ€r om det Ă€r din absolut sista utvĂ€g!

Helt greit!

I utgangspunktet ubemannet resepsjon, men da vi fikk problem med lÄs-kode til rommet ved innsjekk, var det en hyggelig ansatt som ordnet rask opp. Enkel, men god frokost dagen etter laget hun ogsÄ. Stille hotell utenfor sesong. Fint rom, enkelt bad.

Det Àr ej ett hotell utan mer ett B & B

Om det hade varit ett B & B och priset hÀlften sÄ hade det varit ok. Frukosten Àr inköpt pÄ Hemköp mittemot (Och dÀrav ganska snÀvt urval), kaffe blaskigt. Inget telefonnummer pÄ den obemannade disken, sÄ man fick googla för att fÄ ett telefonnummer sÄ man ens kom in pÄ rummet. Hissen för handikappade fungera inte sÄ tillgÀngligheten var vÀl typ noll. Min fru fick kÀmpa sig upp för trapporna sÄ vi i alla fall kunde fÄ sova. Vi betalade lika mycket för rummet som vi gjorde pÄ Scandic i Karlstad. DÄ förvÀntar man sig lite mer kvalitet.
