The personal at the hotel were extremely courteous. We were given explanations and instructions on how and where we could go and visit. The room was very clean as we expected We have never seen a breakfast like that. Everything from cheese, cold cuts, yogurt to full breakfast. We were treated like 1st class customers I would recommend this hotel.

Possibly the most friendly place we’ve ever stayed thanks to the lovely Anna. We had everything we needed and felt so welcomed with our 2-year-old. Beautiful apartment and lovely breakfast too.

What is superb location with parking just to the side of the of the building. Super close and easily walking distance to plenty of shopping, dining, grocery store and pastry store options. Check-in was very smooth and quick. The Room was very well maintained with very tall ceilings, lots of windows and a large bathroom. Very cool history of the hotel was that it used to be a chocolate factory. Right in the middle of residential properties and some businesses in just a short walk to everything you need. 10 minute walk took us down by the water. Breakfast the next morning was free and we left feeling great! Can’t beat the value and location. Highly recommend A++++*

Staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Plenty of places to eating within walking distance, and we were also able to walk into the city centre proper to have a wander around

Came in on a Sunday night at 6pm. The little eating street from the Metro station to the hotel was really quiet that day and then in front of the hotel older gentlemen smoking outside with elder ladies sitting in the lobby talking on their cell phones with no receptionist available. Just had to pick up the phone to get your key from a lock box. Was a little taken back and felt like we were staying on the dodgie side of town. Room and bathroom were spacious and had all the amenities if you did decide to cook. As the days went on and we got to get more familiar with the area - it got a lot better with being a reasonable location to the grocery store, 2nd hand stores, ok - mall that had enough to get what you're looking for. Really liked renting the Malmo bikes and getting around town was super easy with all of the bike trails.

Staff were great and helpful, room was clean and quiet. Pretty good selection at the breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about except the fact that the double bed is not actually a double bed, just two single beds pushed together, which was clear from the pictures, but it’s still a pity

Everything. The apartment was spatious and well appointed. The bathroom floor was warm and the bathroom was large. Breakfast was comfortable and abundant. The location was near the University Hospital where my friend was having surgery.

We had a very nice stay in Malmö. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Triangeln Station in Malmö, therefore you can go directly to Copenhagen Central Station in about 40 Minutes The Studio Deluxe was clean and well equipped. Breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide selection of food. You can sit outside in the inner courtyard. The service provided by the reception was outstanding, she helped us a lot with our trip planning.
