The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the amenities needed, plus a fabulous view. We didn't have breakfast but did frequent the bar with even better views of the sunset, albeit with some pricey drinks. A fabulous hotel within walking distance of everything!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay in Malmo at the Clarion Live more! The location was perfect for arriving from the train station, as well as being centrally located to area shops and restaurants. Was all very walkable! The breakfast at the hotel was more than we could have imagined, and anything we could have possibly wanted! Also a wonderful opportunity to try foods from different countries, and everything was delicious! Would highly recommend a stay!

Nice central location, close to the train station, friendly staff, clean room and great breakfast offering! A shame that we didn’t have a double bed (two singles pushed together), and the tea tray in the room could have been a lot better (with less emphasis on paid-for minibar), but otherwise a great stay.

Perfect stay! This was a flawless experience, and my favorite hotel stay across Sweden. I had originally booked a longer stay in Copenhagen, but after the business of that city, I decided to stay here in Malmo, and was so glad I did! It's also very accessible by train, if you would rather stay in a nice hotel and commute to the city. It was absolutely dead silent, comfortable beds, wonderful view, friendly staff and gorgeous views. Highly recommend this property. Walkable to everything.

Really loved the hotel, its location and the staff. The rooms are clean but I wouldn't class them as sparkling, the bathroom had a muted but bad smell from plumbing , there were no slippers in the rooms and only 1 set of towels. Beds are very small but comfortable however, found the mattress is too soft and the rooms are starting to show their age (scratches on the flooring, wobbling chairs and tables etc.) Breakfast is fantastic, has a great selection, and the staff do a great job to restock the food. The roof top bar is probably the most upscale bar in the city.

I had a great stay at the Malmo live. The room and view can’t be beat. My room came with complimentary breakfast! Definitely a 4 star hotel experience (small note: the wonderfully displayed wine when you first get in, it is part of the mini-bar and not complimentary, I did not take advantage, but just to note). There is a small fridge and/mini-bar. I also visited the 25th floor bar (part of the larger restaurant) which had great views and light cocktails. The hotel also serves as a conference location. There is also another bar, called the Verenda, which I don’t believe was open on Monday. The bed, and view are top-notch! You’ll be tempted to stay in your room or bed all day…If you need a break from wet baths, my bathroom had a glassed in shower, with wonderful shampoos/conditioners. The front desk is very helpful and you can store your bag early if you arrive early for sightseeing. Definitely check out the nearby museums! Highly recommend this hotel for a great experience! I’d stay again.
