Oj vilket stÀlle! Minus: VÄrt rum var inte klart vid incheckningen, vi fick ett annat. Det stank avlopp i badrummet som ocksÄ var iskallt. Det var smutsigt pÄ rummet. Frukosten var trist. Plus: Helt otroligt lÀge och sÀngarna var helt ok.

Vissa rum behöver en renovering men alla var otroligt trevliga och serviceinriktade! Jag har aldrig fÄtt ett sÄ bra bemötande pÄ ett hotell i Sverige.

Inget var bra

Rummet var iskallt och dammigt. Elementet fungerade inte. Fick ett löst element sÄ att jag skulle fÄ upp lite vÀrme. Damm pÄ sÀnglampan, under bordet och pÄ badrumshyllan. Mycket ofrÀscht. Bad om att fÄ ett annat rum med fungerande vÀrme, det gick inte. Jag borde ha blivit kompenserad pÄ nÄgot vis. Det gav ett dÄligt och ogÀstvÀnligt intryck.

Bra övernattning

Bra övernattning för överkomligt pris. Rummet, dusch och toalett rent och helt ok. SÀngen nÄgot nerlegad. Störande dropp pÄ fönsterblecket nÀr det regnade. Fint att kunna fÄ ett par smörgÄsar och kaffe redan vid 4, nÀr jag var tvungen att ta tÄget till Kastrup.

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer, fĂŒr ein Einzelzimmer recht klein, trotzdem völlig ausreichend, gute Auswahl am FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet - insgesamt wĂŒrde ich sagen komme ich gerne wieder!

Astoria Àr bland dem bÀsta hotell, nÀra till TÄg och stadsbussar, Personal Àr underbar med att ger service. Det bra om dem gör det till en vanna att dammar, avkalka toaletter,och behandla mögel i Badrummet Mögel Àr som Svamp det vÀxa inuti byggnads och förstora byggkomponenter till exempel isolering eller Gipps.

Detta Àr ett hotell som Àr nÄgot enklare Àn de flesta andra i Malmö. Rummet hade vÀldigt slitna ytskikt men var OK att sova i. TrÄkigt dock att direkt hitta ett hÄrstrÄ i handfatet men i övrigt har jag inga anmÀrkningar pÄ stÀdningen.

Rummet kÀndes vÀldigt nergÄnget och renlighet Àr prio ett för mig nÀr man bor pÄ hotell i ett rum dÀr massa olika personer bott. Det var mestadels i badrummet dÀr jag inte kÀnde att det var rent. Glaset som stod dÀr var smutsigt ocksÄ. SÀngen var vÀldigt mjuk och det funkar inte riktigt för mig, kudden man fick var lika liten som en prydnadskudde (inte direkt hotellsÀng). DÀremot var den blonda kvinnan i receptionen supertrevlig! Kommer dock inte bo hÀr igen nÀsta gÄng jag besöker Malmö.

Det vÊrelse vi fÞrst fik lugtede virkelig grimt, sÄ vi fik et andet. Renligheden pÄ hotellet er fin, men hotellet er af Êldre dato og fremstÄr meget slidt. Morgenbuffetten er ok. Der er det er skal vÊre, og sÄ ikke mere end det. Servicen pÄ hotellet er god.

Super beliggenhed

Rigtig god beliggenhed i gÄafstand til det meste. Rent men meget slidt, trÊnger til renovering. Radiator larmede meget og der var en ubehagelig ligt af kloak pÄ badevÊrelset. Meget venligt personale som fortalte at hotellet er ved at blive solgt.

Bra lÀge nÀra bÄde station och Lilla torg. TyvÀrr var det mycket vi inte uppskattade med hotellet. DÄligt stÀdat (spindelnÀt i taket pÄ tvÄ stÀllen samt ett vÀldigt dammigt nattduksbord). Och frukosten var inte heller nÄgot att vara nöjd med. Inget varmt, endast skinka och ost att vÀlja pÄ till pÄlÀgg och lite flingor med yoghurt. FÀrsk frukt och Àggröra som sÄ fint visades pÄ bilderna fanns inte att skÄda. Bananer (uppenbarligen förvarade i kylskÄp) och en Àpple var det enda i fruktvÀg. Noterade Àven att andra gÀster köpt med sig egna tillbehör (bla avokado och jordgubbar) för att göra frukosten mer mÀttande och intressant.
