It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted). He and his wife seemed to always be available to answer any questions we had about the area. They had a little girl who wandered around the lobby and snackroom bringing smiles to everyone's faces.
