Impeccable accommodations, courteous staff, full amenities, fun activities, live American music. Close to the airport, and staff assisted me with using Bolt, the rideshare app that was so much cheaper than taxis.

We had a wonderful stay at RIU Thailand—the resort was excellent, very clean, and the restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food. The staff and overall service made our experience very enjoyable and relaxing. The main area for improvement would be the entertainment and adding more activities during the day, which would make the resort experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Riu Phuket. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. I found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained, and I really enjoyed the variety of food available. I was a little worried about the rain during my stay, but thankfully it didn’t stop me from enjoying my holiday. I had a great time and really enjoyed my experience at the hotel. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Riu Phuket. Thank you to all the staff for making my holiday so enjoyable! 🌴😊

It is absolutely amazing and beautiful with best possible service; we really enjoyed. It is super clean and staff are very friendly and the food is great. There is life music every night but I hope they will add some music for dance. People love to move and dance in vacations like this. Even though the singers were great but mostly with country songs and etc. we will strongly recommend Riu Palace Phuket, with one exception that the hotel is very far from the centre if you are going to the town and want to discover more there are no buses so you should get the Grab app like taxi to use it. In this case you should budget for taxi expenses which will add up. We wish if Riu would have a scheduled mini buses with little charge to their hotel guests few times a week with fixed pickup and drop off schedule. This is just a suggestion as we experienced that in the Philippines with hotel shuttle to the town and back to the hotel in certain times of the day. Many many thanks Riu palace Phuket for everything you offered us. ❤️♥️

Our experience at this hotel has been absolutely unacceptable. My husband and I traveled to Thailand to celebrate our honeymoon, a trip that was supposed to be relaxing, romantic, and memorable. Unfortunately, our hotel experience has added unnecessary stress and disappointment to what should have been a special time in our lives. Our room flooded TWICE during our stay. Having to deal with a flooded room not once, but twice, is completely unacceptable, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience. What made the situation even worse was being told that I could not receive a refund. I find it incredibly disappointing that, after experiencing such a serious inconvenience, there was no willingness to offer a refund or an acceptable resolution. No guest should have to deal with their room flooding repeatedly while on vacation, especially during their honeymoon. We work hard for our money and deserve to receive the service and accommodations we paid for. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the hotel and how this situation was handled. I expected much better service, accountability, and customer care. Instead, I feel that my concerns were not properly addressed, and I am being left to deal with the consequences of an experience that was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again. If you are planning a vacation or a special trip, think twice before booking.

Our 11-night stay at the new RIU Palace Phuket fell short of expectations. No assistance was offered for airport transfers, so we arranged both ourselves. At check-in, no one explained RIU membership or Elite benefits. There was no on-site ATM or currency exchange; accessing cash required a taxi off-property. The store would not change larger baht notes, making daily tipping difficult. Housekeeping cleaned our room only two or three times. Visits were inconsistent and often came when we returned to rest. Cleaning requests in the app remained open for days without being fulfilled. We had to seek towels from hallway staff or carts. Restaurant reservations were difficult throughout our stay, with no advance booking available to us. We secured only a few dinners, leaving us mostly dependent on a buffet with limited variety. Rice dishes were sometimes hard from sitting under heat lamps. Poolside lunch at Pepe’s was extremely disappointing, and room service offered the same limited options throughout the day. Drink servers were unavailable outside the bar and adult pool bar areas, requiring walks elsewhere for drinks. Evening entertainment lacked energy, and music near the adult bar was sometimes off for extended periods. Karaoke, dance theme nights, and more diverse music would help. The resort needs more consistent service, better dining options, and clearer guest information.

We had a wonderful stay at RIU Phuket. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, from check-in to restaurant service. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day. The beach views were stunning, and waking up to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of space to unwind. Great location, great service, and a great atmosphere overall. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!
