“We had a really relaxing stay. Everything about the hotel was good, from the staff to the comfortable room. The food was excellent and the location was simply great.”

“Wonderful stay and Food is extremely good”

“The pool is spectacular, the ocean views are incredible, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. However, the amenities were a bit scarce, the in-room minibar wasn't anything special, and the chocolates weren't good either. Plus, there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. But above all, the most important part was spending a special day in the palace with my princess :)”

“Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay. “Me gustó mucho la experiencia, el idioma es un reto, pero siempre hay alguien que te ayuda a resolver. La comida muy rica y las habitaciones en perfecto estado ”

“Well located and walking distance from all tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms might need to be renovated and WiFi did not really reach to our room. ”

“Needs to have Better Customer Service. Couldn’t check in. Had 3 rooms but in 2 different floors. Rooms and Hallways need to be cleaner. Restaurant is open only during the Breakfast, Lunch hours but room service was available with limited Menu items”

“The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming.”

“Very good beach resort and budget friendly, Nice food!”

“Nice location, maintained & polite staff! All good for this property! ...and good food too!!”

“We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.”

“Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊”

“Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...
