Destacó sobre todo la atención de Ramona, la de la directora del hotel y un camarero del buffet un poco más mayor pero con vitalidad y alegría para atendernos. We arrived late due to a flight delay and messaged ahead to let them know, only to be told not to worry at all as reception is staffed 24/7, arrive whenever you arrive. The room was spotlessly clean throughout, as were the pools, which we noticed being cleaned every morning. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and everything tasted nice.
