Everything was great, the pool was lovely with a great view, especially in the summertime heat. The breakfast was good, the property kept very clean. The staff has excellent service. The location is great because you’re far enough from the noise but just a block away from Gran Vía. I will definitely stay here with my family’s next visit to Madrid.

This hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing, super easy to walk to Plaza Mayor, royal Palace and other sights. Metro very close as well. The view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and super helpful- big shout out to Mark! The room was spacious, clean and aesthetically beautiful. They provided a cot for us and even left a little care pack for our baby- too cute!

Wonderful rooftop pool and bar. Stayed open till 10 PM and we were able to watch the sunsets from the pool. Hotel is modern and staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Great location with three very close metro stops.

Absolutely loved our stay at Urban Hive Madrid and hope to come back someday soon! The room was spacious, clean and aesthetic. The bed was comfortable and the AC works very well and is so quiet. The rooftop is beautiful. My only complaint is that the cleaners were a little loud in the room next door as we had a connecting door. However the cleaning staff did an incredible job keeping our space clean and would even do so on days we slept in and left the hotel in the afternoon. The front desk and bar staff were also really great! Thank you!
