Location, Location, Location. Amazing access to all of the museums and Centro. Front desk was kind, welcoming and helpful. The check in process was a little more involved and required that you follow some self led directions, if you need hand holding be advised. The room was clean, and modern. We needed to close the doors to the balcony to keep the room cool, the property could not control the heat wave. The room stayed cool and was refreshing to enter when we returned from galavanting the city. We would stay again!

Walking distance to museum Prada. Walking distance from Atocha train station. Walking distance to eateries and easy pick up and drop off by taxis. Safe, secure and nice views from the terrace. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. Appreciated the coffee station on the level below. Would stay here again.
