Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft! This is an excellent choice for a budget central stay in Madrid. Right next to the Reina Sofia gallery which was a bonus in the summer heat. The hotel itself was outstanding - lovely friendly staff, fab lounge area and a cosy comfortable and cool room. Highly recommended all round.

Clean property, good location right next to the Reina Sophia, helpful and nice staff. But, the room was teeny tiny, and the toilet/shower area had one of those frosted glass doors that does not quite close and allows any glorious noise one’s body might make to fill the room. Odors too. Great for a single, but I would not put more than one person in the room. Not recommended for people who’d like to keep some mystery in their relationship.
