The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They are also doing renovation. The big problem is the AC. It’s hot and you can’t fix your own temperature.

Since we arrived at the property everything was excellent. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We stayed with our five year old and they were always very kind and lovely with her. The property is in an excellent location. Near every point to visit everything you want in the area. This is definitely a place we will stay again.

We went during September and the weather was still warm. Our stay was good, the staff was great the location was very convenient steps from La Gran Via. Our only complaint was the AC, it never worked and the room felt hot. We let the front desk know and they provided us with a fan but was not enough.
