We loved this property, the hotel is nice and clean and our room was perfect. The location was exceptional and walkable to so many things. We stayed here to be close to the train station for the second leg of our trip to Barcelona - so it was super convenient. The restaurant has an excellent menu and the rooftop seating is nice. The staff also helped to secure a spot at Botin for a special birthday. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel! Very central and comfortable. We have a spacious room, and the staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was superb. I would add a little more comfort to the lobby, where the travelers can relax while waiting for their room to get ready. There is a nice cafe but a restaurant is not really open most of the time. I would add more comfortable chairs and armchairs.

The welcome was very nice. The nice lady at the recepcionist offered me an upgrade without even asking for it. The room was very comfortable for 2 person and we liked the facilities. The facilities were good and remodeled. Since we were leaving early and did not make breakfast, the hotel prepared us two picnic type breakfast which were acceptable (Would have preferred an egg sandwich)
