I had an excellent stay at NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, making it very convenient to explore the city, visit nearby attractions, shop, and enjoy the many restaurants in the area. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. I highly recommend NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid!

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on Gran Vía. You can easily walk to any nearby restaurant in the area. The rooms are very nice, many with balconies, and you can hardly hear any street noise, which makes the stay very comfortable. An excellent option to stay in Madrid.
