Great boutique hotel, smallish room but excellently appointed and good service. Rooftop has a beautiful pool and increíble view, but appears to be a work in progress that could be a truly special space once fully completed. Great location, quiet but close to everything

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The location, design, amenities and cleanliness were top tier and, above all, the staff treats you like a close and personal friend. This will be my hotel of choice in Madrid for the forseeable future.

Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. It was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in!
