The communication from customer service is fantastic. All the guidance and instructions from the airport to the customer pickup point are clear and specific. I felt very safe at 73 years old traveling to Spain, with a layover in Madrid and arriving in Málaga the next day. Super grateful for the excellent work of the Hotel.

A very convenient hotel for the airport that provides a free shuttle as long as you book it in time. The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. They have an outdoor swimming pool but I didn't use it so can't comment on it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Amenities
Our room was extremely hot, even though at lowest setting with fan on high. Very uncomfortable for sleeping. Shower was difficult to use and had a big step down out of the tub which was slippery. The restaurant menu was basic and overpriced. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very nice and shuttle to airport was good.

This hotel is a great value for the cost. Some of my friends stayed at a different nearby brand-name hotel and paid twice as much for the same. Breakfast was delicious and varied, I enjoyed it and got everything I wanted. They arranged for my free shuttle to the airport and easily made a change when I realized I needed a different time. I would definitely return to this hotel.
