This is a place you will love if you place feeling valued over luxury accommodations. I had everything I needed for an extremely comfortable stay...a comfortable bed, a great shower, a clean room that was maintained daily if you chose and easy check in and a WONDERFUL staff!! I am an avid traveler, and I love boutique hotels, but this one I will always return to in Madrid. It is centrally located, easy access to major attractions, close to transportation and restaurants. I must give one staff member a HUGE shout out, Yansel, he went beyond anything I could ever expect of a hotel staff member to help me when I had a lost luggage issue. I felt cared for, nothing I e er expect at any hotel but he extended that care to me. I saw him do that for another guest as well. I enjoyed my time in Madrid and this hotel was the absolute best choice for my stay.
