A great hotel to stay in to explore Madrid as it’s just on the outskirts of the centre and only took 10 mins in a taxi to get there. A relaxing hotel with a great pool. Staff were pleasant with some staff looked miserable and as though they didn’t want to be there.

The hotel is far from downtown but close to public transportation, in a safe, walkable area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel has a drop-off area for easy access to Uber. The front door is locked at night for safety. Great place. Highly recommended if you don't mind using public transportation.

Although not the handiest hotel for the city centre unless taking a taxi, it is a very nice hotel. What they described as a cafe is actually a nice restaurant and the food was very good , the rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There are shops and cafes nearby. A bus stop for the airport bus is an easy 10 minute walk away.

Our room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming—I only wish I could remember her name. The restaurant is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. A special thank you to the lovely lady who prepared the eggs every morning; she was so kind, and her cooking was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Excellent place. Is close to a bus station that take you very easy to downtown and very cheap, like 1.50 euros one way. Also parking lot has but you have to pay. About the property it was clean, nice lobby, our room was nice the bed was comfy. I mean was a good hotel. The staff was very nice they told us about the bus station and places to go and things to do.

Modern style hotel from the outside/ lobby. Room just ok bed comfortable, AC doesn’t work all the time. Tried to contact front desk about this, getting tissue and room service and was met with “what do you want “. Week day staff were super rude. Weekend staff seemed nice. Food slightly above edible- had something as a last resort as they did have gluten free bread available. Probably ok if you’re white as they seem a little prejudice. Overall quiet rooms ok for a short stay

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.
