This hotel was fantastic. The location on the Gran Via made it great for walking to shops and restaurants. The Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor were about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is clean and updated. The rooftop restaurant and pool were outstanding. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay. The location is perfect with the metro just outside, so an easy transfer from the airport and back. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great rooftop pool with plenty of sunbeds and a great view over the city. A short walk to some great restaurants and cocktail bars.
