Solid place. Great location with easy access to Main Street and other streets that lead to sol plaza. There’s no air-conditioning but you can turn the fan on and open the windows to a great view. It will be very loud outside until around midnight.

Great Place to Stay in Madrid City Center

The place is in the heart of city center and walkable to all the tourist spots in Madrid. The rooms were clean and host was also cordial to us the entire stay. She also helped with late check in.

Location is great! Great view! Only thing i didn't like is that there was no AC only a ceiling fan and it was super hot! Opening the balcony windows worked a little bit. It is a busy and load location to be at. But it was great for the price!

The bathroom in our room had no ceiling. I got itchy looking at the condition of the walls and bed. No words. Also, was supposed to have a view of the city but the staff didn’t tell us that the view would be closed so ended up paying extra for no reason. People were working outside our window and making noise early in the morning. And the noise of the main street echos in the room terribly. We didn’t sleep from disgust and noise.

The Hostel room is so clean, but the elevator often does not work well. The hostel is not responsible for the malfunction of the elevator as it is shared with other facilities.

Very expect, but extremely basic !

Very expensive and very basic with shared toilet. Not at all what we expected from booking. Quite rude service although they didn’t have what we booked and expected. Would recommend other people to stay away. Price almost 3 times what would be fair.

Estuve en la habitación triple con baño. La habitacion estaba suficiente limpia, y lo que si estaba limpio fueron las sabana y cama. El baño bastante viejo pero ok. Lo que sí necesita una actualización era los muebles, eso era muy militado, una estantería pequeña y una mesita (tipo estante clavado en la pared) y silla plegable. Se podría mejorar MUCHO. Tambien en septiembre de 2026, el balcón estaba tapado totalmente con un andamio con tela que cubre todo el edificio y no había ninguna vista. También l hecho que no sabes si alguien puede subir por el andamio y entrar en la habitación… la señora que atiende es amable y servicial. Eran fechas que estaba todo muy lleno, en época normal no repetiría, especialmente por lo que nos costó la habitación por noche que eran casi unos 300€/noche!

Localisation très bien mais état général très dégradé, la chambre ne correspond pas du tout à la photo, nous avons été très déçu. En plus, il y avait un échafaudage donc pas de vue du tout (ce qui était l'avantage de la chambre) et la vitre est dépolie. Tout est dans un immeuble dégradé avec un ascenseur qu'il faut attendre très longtemps à chaque fois.
