The property is in a great location, everything is so close. However, if you plan on having a restful night, think twice.

There isn’t any staff onsite. The room served its purpose. A cool room to sleep in at night with a private bathroom. The shower was hot. The location was great. There are no thrills about the room but I wasn’t expecting any.

The room was great and met our expectations. Considering the price and location, it offered excellent value for money. We had some difficulty during check-in because the Hotels.com reservation number was different from the hotel’s internal booking reference, so it may be helpful to confirm the correct reservation number in advance to make the process smoother. However, the hotel responded promptly and provided the necessary support, which we truly appreciated.

When you arrive to the apartment blg. you ring the intercom of the hostal and nobody answers, I phone the contact number on my reservation and the # is not in service; finally 2 guests came and they let me in. Elevator doesn’t work, it’s on the 3rd floor. Once in the hostal Cindy was most helpful and walked us through the check in process from a machine

Should have had a place to sit, and maybe a table. Should have more personal attention to guests, since there wasn’t anybody around except the maintenance and service crew. The location was excellent.

Good, basic and awesome location…

A/C Breakers Off.. I had to call service to support.. quick response and issue resolved in few minutes. Little more info or clear instructions to follow on confirmation message would help much. No labels on elevator, or signs to go to 3rd floor hotel reception. Had to call in to phone noted in entry door to get directions! After that.. key and room acces.. Ok. Room very clean, bed comfy and hot water in shower..! The basics all included.

The auto checkin was hard cause they didnt actually give us the reservation code. But we had to turn on our sim card to be able to call the number and they gave us the code. Wayyyy too expensive for what it was, but we were desperate after our vrbo cancelled on us. Another weird thing was theres just one long pillow on the bed, not very comfortable. But the ac was good, water pressure in the shower was good, and the terrace was kinda nice. Low rating for overpriced accomodation.

I was due to check out at 11:00. I wanted to have a shower but at 10:30 the water stopped. I couldn’t even wash my face. These things happen and someone attended as the entire place had no water. I was told by lovely cleaner how I can wait as of course I need a shower before I travel back home on a plane. Then a while later I messaged I assume the manager via WhatsApp and they were saying how I should have left my room an hour ago blah blah. Yeah of course but I was waiting as YOUR water was not working which is not my problem or issue. A bit of decency would have been nice. My flight was in the evening and of course would not have stayed for hours but this might be resolved soon. I told the person they can keep their water and I was leaving as they had demanded I should have left. It really annoyed me and left a sour taste in my mouth hence the need for this review.
