Wonderful stay all around. Hotel is beautifully maintained. Rooftop is amazing for a drink or meal. Room was comfortable with many amenities. Rainfall shower was wonderful, bed was super comfortable, housekeeping was perfect, and in-room coffee service was great and replenished each day. Complementary cava, jamón, and cheese upon arrival and chocolates each night! Everything worked and was clean. Staff were friendly and responsive. Jorge at the front desk and María at the rooftop stood out. Location by the park was convenient and nights were quiet. Highly recommend this stay—would choose again in a heartbeat. For the price, it can’t be beat!

Carpets in hallways could use regular vacuuming. Overhead shower head was broken so only the hand spray was working. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately also could oddly hear all movement and doors squeeking loudly in room above starting early in morning, so sleep was shortened. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t try any food while there to comment on to say. Was only there one night. Overall I’d say it’s a nice hotel, but it had some items it could address .
