This was a fantastic property. Situated in a really fantastic location and within 5 minutes walk of the main areas of Madrid and also 5 minutes from the bus stop that is linked to the airport. The room was modern, clean and the balcony was a perfect area to relax. Close to the property is a bar that does pints for €2.50. We had no problem with door codes. Checking in or out was a straight forward process. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It’s in an apartment building in a wonderful area. The top floor has multiple rooms. Great blow dryer. It worked great. We used the codes no issues. Would definitely do it again and we r 2 older people.

The building isn’t easy to find and not many instructions but you can find the building next to a cafe named 100 Montaditos, then head to the 8th floor for check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small but for a short 2-3 day city break they’re ok. The apartment was clean and had the basics of shampoo and body gel. It’s about 5 minutes to closest metro stop and 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommend leaving the aircon on as it can get warm, but once left on the room is nice and chilled. I’d stay here again.

Property was good and so its location. Would recommend sending guests an email directly or a message. I didn’t receive the check in instructions through Expedia. Since I didn’t have an account, it was difficult. But they sent it when I arrived. However, they don’t have a front desk 24/7, so if someone arrives after 6pm and has the same problem as me, maybe they’ll not be able to enter the property.

It was a bit confusing checking in bc the info sent was in Spanish, but once I found the floor to check in, it was great. I’d recommend they state somewhere in the building lobby, go to 8th floor for check in. The property is a great value, in a fabulous location, very safe and clean & new! The room was small but didn’t need anything larger. The bed was very comfortable. For a quick stay in Madrid it was perfect!

A little strange as hotel is on 7th floor and not clearly marked. Staff at desk very helpful. Room kind of small but coffee in the room which is not a common thing I found out. Bathroom small and no place to set things down. Great location though.

The room was impeccably clean. The terrace was amazing. The location is great. A microwave would have been useful; if not in the room, at least on the floor. Closing the terrace door while outside was a challenge. Would definitely recommend.

I adored my stay here. From booking to check out everything was straight forward. The room and balcony was adorable. Very clean. Fantastic location for the art museums. Staff were wonderful. Check in was work time was easy. The room itself was perfect. Utterly clean. Everything I needed. The lift was fine but I preferred the stairs for up and down. The balcony was wonderful for day and night. Watching the swifts fly overhead made my stay extra special. Really easy to get to all the main sights from here. Ditto public transport from / to airport. I used the train to get there and the airport bus to return. I would 100% stay here again and one day soon I will. A perfect concept for city stays. A few tiny tweaks: I didn’t realise the office was on the right floor and could do a bag check within office hours. I would have liked extra tea / coffee / milk during my stay.
